Purpose: To evaluate the differencies in graft orientation between transtibial and anteromedial portal technique using magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) in anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) reconstruction. Materials and Methods: Fifty one patients who undergoing arthroscopically ACL reconstruction underwent MRI of their reconstructed knee.
