Background. Disorders of fluid and sodium regulation, often termed “diabetes insipidus,” are a frequent occurrence following surgery for pituitary adenomas. The present study was undertaken to identify the incidence of diabetes insipidus after pituitary surgery and its associated factors. Methods.
