Abstract By use of the generalized Weyl transformation technique in superspace, we provide a manifestly supersymmetric formulation of standard D =10, N =1 supergravity with the inclusion of the Lorentz Chern-Simons form. Starting from superspace, we are able to derive the first fully consistent O(α') component-level symmetry transformation laws for the theory.
