Mesonephric adenocarcinoma (MA) is a rare tumour of the female genital tract, arising primarily in the cervix and vagina. Its predilection for the lateral walls of the endocervix reflects the mesonephric remnants (often hyperplastic) found there and observed alongside most tumours. The clinicopathological details of this entity are well documented, but its cytological features have not been described at any length.
