The radiographic features of cytomegalovirus involvement of the upper gastrointestinal tract in four homosexual men with acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS) are described. Esophageal involvement (three cases) was demonstrated as a localized ulceration or as a more diffuse esophagitis affecting predominantly the distal esophagus.
