Cytoglobosins A-G (1-7), seven new cytochalasan derivatives, along with two structurally related known compounds, isochaetoglobosin D (8) and chaetoglobosin F(ex) (9), were isolated and identified from the cultures of Chaetomium globosum QEN-14, an endophytic fungus derived from the marine green alga Ulva pertusa. The structures of the new natural products as well as their relative configurations were elucidated on the basis of 1D and 2D NMR spectra (COSY, HSQC, HMBC, and NOESY) and HRESIMS…

Chaetoglobosin Y, a new cytochalasan from Chaetomium globosum.

New Cytotoxic Cytochalasans from a Plant-Associated Fungus Chaetomium globosum kz-19

Four new cytochalasans, phychaetoglobins A–D (1–4), together with twelve known cytochainasans (5–16), were isolated from a mangrove-associated fungus Chaetomium globosum kz-19 and elucidated on the basis of extensive NMR, HR ESIMS spectroscopic analyses, and electronic circular dichroism calculations.

Chaetomadrasins A and B, Two New Cytotoxic Cytochalasans from Desert Soil-Derived Fungus Chaetomium madrasense 375

Two new cytochalasans, Chaetomadrasins A and B, along with six known analogues (3–8), were isolated from the solid-state fermented culture of desert soil-derived chaetomium madrasense 375 and displayed moderate cytotoxicity against HepG2 human hepatocellular carcinoma cells.

Cytoglobosins H and I, New Antiproliferative Cytochalasans from Deep-Sea-Derived Fungus Chaetomium globosum

Cytoglobosins H and I, together with seven known cytochalasan alkaloids, were isolated from the deep-sea-derived fungus Chaetomium globosum and showed significant antiproliferative activity against LNCaP and B16F10 cell lines.

Armochaetoglasins L and M, new cytochalasans from an arthropod-derived fungus Chaetomium globosum.

Two new cytochalasans were isolated from the EtOAc extract of an arthropod-derived fungus Chaetomium globosum and their structures were elucidated by NMR spectroscopy and comparison of their electronic circular dichroism (ECD) data.

Cytochathiazines A-C: Three Merocytochalasans with a 2 H-1,4-Thiazine Functionality from Coculture of Chaetomium globosum and Aspergillus flavipes.

Cytochathiazines A-C (1-3), which represent a new type of merocytochalasan, were isolated from coculture of Chaetomium globosum and Aspergillus flavipes. Compounds 1-3 are the first natural products

Armochaetoglobins A-J: Cytochalasan Alkaloids from Chaetomium globosum TW1-1, a Fungus Derived from the Terrestrial Arthropod Armadillidium vulgare.

Ten new cytochalasan alkaloids, termed armochaetoglobins A-J (1-10), and four known chaetoglobosins (11-14) were isolated from a methanol extract of Chaetomium globosum TW1-1, a fungus isolated from

Diversified Chaetoglobosins from the Marine-Derived Fungus Emericellopsis sp. SCSIO41202

Two undescribed cytochalasins, emeriglobosins A (1) and B (2), together with nine previously reported analogues (3–11) and two known tetramic acid derivatives (12, 13) were isolated from the solid
