Cytochemical differences in leucocytes of normal adult males and females.


Peripheral blood samples were drawn from 50 patients (25 males and 25 females) with no apparent haematologic disorders. Smears were stained for Periodic Acid-Schiff and beta-glucuronidase reactions.
