  • It has previously been demonstrated that treatment of mitotic PtK1 cells with 10-20 microg/ml cytochalasin J (CJ) blocks or slows chromosome motion and has a significant effect on spindle architecture [Snyder and Cohen, 1995: Cell Motil.
