Cystic pancreatic neoplasms include serous cystadenomas (SCA), mucin-producing cystic tumors, cystic islet-cell tumors, and cystic solid and papillary epithelial neoplasms. Imaging techniques are of great value in the demonstration and differential diagnosis of these tumors.
