Cyclosporine nephrotoxicity: associated allograft dysfunction at low trough concentration.

A case report on the nephrotoxic effect of cyclosporine in a 9-year-old boy with a kidney transplant is presented. Nephrotoxicity was present even at low trough cyclosporine concentration.
