While no cutaneous lesion is specific for Wegener's granulomatosis (WG), several histopathologic entities, including leukocytoclastic vasculitis and necrotizing granulomatous inflammation, are characteristic. This report details the histopathologic features of 75 cutaneous biopsies from 46 patients with WG.
