This paper presents a fine-grained, longitudinal analysis of demographic factors contributing to adoption by patients of advanced e-health services in the areas of transaction, communication, and personal support. The research uses Health Information National Trends Survey (HINTS), conducted in 2003, 2005, and 2007 by the U.S. National Cancer Institute.
