Crystallization of mitochondrial ubiquinol-cytochrome c reductase.


Ubiquinol-cytochrome c reductase of beef heart mitochondria was crystallized in the presence of decanoyl-N-methylglucamide, heptanetriol, and sodium chloride with poly(ethylene glycol) as precipitant.
