Crystallization and quaternary structure analysis of the NAD(+)-dependent leucine dehydrogenase from Bacillus sphaericus.

Abstract

The NAD(+)-dependent leucine dehydrogenase from Bacillus sphaericus has been crystallized by the hanging drop method of vapour diffusion, using ammonium sulphate as the precipitant.
