Three different crystal forms of complexes between arginyl-tRNA synthetase from the yeast Saccharomyces cerevisae (yArgRS) and the yeast second major tRNA(Arg) (tRNA(Arg)(ICG)) isoacceptor have been crystallized by the hanging-drop vapour-diffusion method in the presence of ammonium sulfate.
