OBJECTIVE To establish an effective cryopreservation method. DESIGN In vitro model study. SETTING Infertility Medical Center, Pochon CHA University. ANIMAL(S) Four-week-old ICR mice superovulated with pregnant mare serum gonadotropin (PMSG) and human chorionic gonadotropin.
