Intracellular signaling mechanisms regulating SDF-1-induced chemotaxis of hematopoietic cells have remained elusive. Here we demonstrate that overexpression of the adaptor molecule CrkL enhances SDF-1-induced chemotaxis of hematopoietic BaF3 and 32Dcl3 cells.
