The dysprosium oxide nanoparticles’ addition effects on structural, DC electrical resistivity, critical current density, and AC magnetic susceptibility properties of polycrystalline Bi1.6Pb0.4Sr2Ca2Cu3Oy samples are investigated. X-ray diffraction (XRD) analysis showed that both (Bi,Pb)-2223 and Bi-2212 phases coexist in the samples having orthorhombic crystal structure.
