In this paper we generalize Hardy–Rogers maps in the context of coupled fixed points. We generalizes with the help of the obtained main theorem some known results about existence and uniqueness of market equilibrium in duopoly markets. We investigate some recent results about market equilibrium in duopoly markets with the help of the main theorem and we enrich them. We define a generalized response function including production and surpluses. Finally we illustrate a possible application of the…

We present a possible kind of generalization of the notion of ordered pairs of cyclic maps and coupled fixed points and its application in modelling of equilibrium in oligopoly markets. We have

There are many forms of solutions that occur obviously, and in various situations one cannot just switch to one of them and establish solutions in that sense. It is valuable to study solutions with
Existence, uniqueness and well-posedness results for relation theoretic coupled fixed points problem using C- class function with some consequences and an application

In this paper we consider a coupled fixed point problem where the mapping is supposed to satisfy an inequality involving a special type of function which is familiarly known as $$\mathbf{C }$$ C
Existence and uniqueness of fixed points for monotone operators in partially ordered Banach spaces and applications

In this paper, we employ partial order method, cone theory, and the techniques of measure of weak noncompactness to prove several new theorems on the existence and the uniqueness of fixed points or
Applications of Coupled Fixed Points for Multivalued Maps in the Equilibrium in Duopoly Markets and in Aquatic Ecosystems

A new class of ordered pairs of multivalued maps that have pairs of coupled fixed points is obtained that are applied in models in duopoly markets to get a market equilibrium and in aquatic ecosystems to get an equilibrium.
Coupled fixed point theorems for monotone mappings in partially ordered metric spaces
In this paper, by reducing of coincidence and coupled fixed point results in ordered metric spaces to the respective results for mappings with one variable, some recent results established by T. G.

It is shown that by using carefully constructed response functions it is possible to build and calibrate a model that reflects different competitive strategies used in extremely concentrated markets and makes it also possible to take into consideration different barriers to entry.

In this paper, we introduce the new concept of coupled fixed-point (FP) results depending on another function in fuzzy cone metric spaces (FCM-spaces) and prove some unique coupled FP theorems under

Abstract It is shown that a mixed monotone property in coupled fixed point results can be replaced by another property which is automatically satisfied in the case of a totally ordered space, the
