A total of 23 isolates obtained from scab infected potato tubers representative of six sampling areas in Eastern and Central Canada and five ATCCStreptomyces strains were screened for pathogenicity on the basis of their ability to initiate scab development on aseptically cultured minitubers and plant generated tubers.
