Objective: The objective was to correlate eAG values calculated from HbA1c values obtained from Tosoh TLC-723 G8 based on cation exchange based HPLC and TBA 12 FR enzymatic fructosyl peptide oxidase (FPOX) method with fasting plasma glucose levels by hexakinase method for diagnosis and prognosis of diabetes.
