The simultaneous effects of guanabenz on the activity of single-neurons in the nucleus reticularis gigantocellularis of the medulla oblongata, systemic arterial pressure and heart rate were assessed in Sprague-Dawley rats, anesthetized with pentobarbital sodium (40 mg/kg, i.p.).
