This study aimed to assess the incidence of coronary heart disease (CHD) risk factors and cardiovascular risk in physical workers and managers in Poland. There were 232 male subjects: 123 managers (48.9 +/- 11.2 years old) and 109 physical workers (37.5 +/- 11.1 years old).
