PURPOSE To evaluate the usefulness of electron-beam computed tomography (CT) for identification of coronary artery stenoses. MATERIALS AND METHODS Coronary angiography and contrast material-enhanced, electrocardiographically triggered electron-beam CT of the heart were performed in 23 patients.
