The aim of this study was to investigate LC50 and toxic effect of Cu 2+ on some defense functions of tropical freshwater prawn, Macrobrachium rosenbergii (including total hemocyte count (THC), hyaline cell count (HCC), and phagocytic activity) as well as survivability of the prawn.
