Conventional renal cell carcinoma with granulomatous reaction: a report of three cases

Abstract

Sir, we report three cases of conventional renal cell carcinomas (CRCC) with granulomatous reaction occurring in the tumorous stroma. The patients were two women and one man aged from 73 years to 85 years (mean 78.3 years). All patients were treated only by nephrectomy.
