Many neural diseases have close relations with abnormal repetitive firing of neuron system. So, it is very important to study inhibition of abnormal repetitive firing of neurons. In this paper, according to Krasovskii theorem, we propose an improved washout filter controller to inhibit abnormal repetitive firing in Hindmarsh-Rose (HR) neuron model.
