Large scale Cu-24%Ag plates have been developed for high field Bitter magnets. Using these plates, we have succeeded in constructing a double Bitter magnet for 30 T hybrid magnet with 32 mm room temperature bore. This double Bitter magnet successfully generated 19 T under the back-up field of 11.1 T by a large bore superconducting magnet.
