Methods of construction of boundary operators for the boundary value problems for the Laplacian in the case of closed surface in R<sup>3</sup> by means of simple layer potential in the Hilbert space normal derivatives elements of which have a jump through boundary surface were considered. The properties of these operators were investigated. Now we propose such methods and investigate the properties of corresponding operators in the case of tired boundary surface
