We evaluate regions of parameter space in the minimal supergravity model where {open_quote}{open_quote}unbounded from below{close_quote}{close_quote} (UFB) or charge or color-breaking minima (CCB) occur. Our analysis includes the most important terms from the one-loop effective potential. We note a peculiar discontinuity of results depending on how renormalization group improvement is performed: One case leads to a UFB potential throughout the model parameter space, while the other typically… Expand

A bstractNon-Holomorphic MSSM (NHSSM) shows various promising features that are not easily obtained in MSSM. However, the additional Non-Holomorphic (NH) trilinear interactions that attribute to theExpand
Vacuum stability in stau-neutralino coannihilation in MSSM

Abstract The stau-neutralino coannihilation provides a feasible way to accommodate the observed cosmological dark matter (DM) relic density in the minimal supersymmetric standard model (MSSM). InExpand

We make a critical reappraisal of ‘unbounded-from-below’ (UFB) constraints in the MSSM and R-parity violating models. We explain why the ‘traditional’ UFB bounds are neither necessary nor sufficientExpand
Optimal charge and color breaking conditions in the MSSM
Abstract In the MSSM, we make a careful tree-level study of charge and color breaking conditions in the plane (H 2 , u L , u R ) , focusing on the top quark scalar case. A simple and fast procedureExpand
