We use the time delay measurements between multiple images of lensed sources in 18 strongly gravitationally lensed (SGL) systems to put additional constraints on three phenomenological interaction models for dark energy (DE) and dark matter (DM). The compatibility among the fits on the three models seems to imply that the coupling between DE and DM is a small value close to zero, which is compatible with the previous results for constraining interacting DE parameters. We find that, among the… Expand
Testing the Dark Energy Model with Strong Gravitational Lens via a Markov Chain Monte Carlo Approach
We use the markov chain Monte-Carlo method to const rain the dark energy model parameters with 70 strong gravitational lens data(LENs), and combine with baryon acoustic oscillation (BAO) , theExpand
New database for a sample of optically bright lensed quasars in the northern hemisphere
In the framework of the Gravitational LENses and DArk MAtter (GLENDAMA) project, we present a database of nine gravitationally lensed quasars (GLQs) that have two or four images brighter than $r$ =Expand
A new test of $f(R)$ gravity with the cosmological standard rulers in radio quasars
As an important candidate gravity theory alternative to dark energy, a class of $f(R)$ modified gravity, which introduces a perturbation of the Ricci scalar $R$ in the Einstein-Hilbert action, hasExpand
The velocity dispersion function of early-type galaxies and its redshift evolution: the newest results from lens redshift test
The redshift distribution of galactic-scale lensing systems provides a laboratory to probe the velocity dispersion function (VDF) of early-type galaxies (ETGs) and measure the evolution of early-typeExpand
A new way to test the WIMP dark matter models
In this paper, we investigate the possibility of testing the weakly interacting massive particle (WIMP) dark matter (DM) models by applying the simplest phenomenological model which introduces anExpand

Interaction between dark energy and dark matter: observational constraints from OHD, BAO, CMB and SNe Ia
In order to test if there is energy transfer between dark energy (DE) and dark matter (DM), we investigate cosmological constraints on two forms of nontrivial interaction between the DM sector andExpand
Hubble constant and dark energy inferred from free-form determined time delay distances
Time delays between multiple images of lensed sources can probe the geometry of the universe. We propose a novel method based on free-form modelling of gravitational lenses to estimate time-delayExpand
Lensing time delays and cosmological complementarity
Time delays in strong gravitational lensing systems possess significant complementarity with distance measurements to determine the dark energy equation of state, as well as the matter density andExpand
Interacting Dark Energy and Dark Matter: Observational Constraints from Cosmological Parameters
Abstract Several observational constraints are imposed on the interacting holographic model of dark energy and dark matter. First we use the age parameter today, as given by the WMAP results.Expand

Cosmology from gravitational lens time delays and Planck data
Under the assumption of a flat Lambda CDM cosmology, recent data from the Planck satellite point toward a Hubble constant that is in tension with that measured by gravitational lens time delays andExpand

We place observational constraints on a coupling between dark energy and dark matter by using 71 Type Ia supernovae (SNe Ia) from the first year of the five-year Supernova Legacy Survey (SNLS), theExpand
