Constituents of West African medicinal plants XIX: Funiferine N-oxide, a new alkaloid from Tiliacora funifera (Menispermaceae).


A phytochemical investigation of the roots of Tiliacora funifera (Menispermaceae) resulted in the isolation and identification of funiferine N-oxide, a new bis(benzylisoquinoline) alkaloid.
