Purpose. Hydatid cyst disease is a major health problem for people who live in endemic countries such as Turkey. The definitive cure for pulmonary hydatidosis is still surgical. This study evaluates our experience of treating pulmonary hydatidosis, focusing on the conservative surgical management of children with this disease. Methods.
