Congestion Prospect of Network Traffics by Fluctuation of Internet Transmission Time

Abstract

In this research, we proposed a new prospect technique for a congestion problem has cased deterioration in response at the practical computer network. Since aim at effectively using the network resources, this new technique prevent the congestion problem not by improvement of processing capability but to accept new intelligent prospect methods for the congestion. In this research, we suppose network state of just before the occurrence of the congestion is state of maximum throughput. And we investigate, at the practical computer network, a relationship between the traffic and fluctuation analysis (DFT results) of the Internet transmission times. examine a possibility of a congestion prospect to prevent the congestion problem.
