Congenital metacarpal synostosis treated by longitudinal osteotomy and placement of a silicone wedge.

Three cases of congenital metacarpal synostosis are reported. Two had congenital synostosis between the fourth and fifth metacarpal, and one between the third and fourth metacarpal.
