Purpose. To visualize the transport pathway(s) of high molecular weight model compounds across rat nasal epithelium in vivousing confocal laser scanning microscopy. Furthermore, the influence of nasal absorption enhancers (randomly methylated β-cyclodextrin and sodium taurodihydrofusidate) on this transport was studied. Methods.
