Drug-protein interaction analysis is pregnant in designing new leads during drug discovery. We prepared the stationary phase containing immobilized β2 -adrenoceptor (β2 -AR) by linkage of the receptor on macroporous silica gel surface through N,N'-carbonyldiimidazole method.
