In this study changes in intercondylar width (ICW) and intercondylar angle (ICA) that occurred with rigid fixation after bilateral sagittal split osteotomy and mandibular advancement are documented and correlated with temporomandibular (TM) symptoms, magnitude of advancement, and mandibular shape.
