Tuberculous meningitis (TBM) is a common presentation of extrapulmonary tuberculosis. TBM is associated with many complications. However, concurrent syringomyelia and intradural extramedullary tuberculoma occurring in a patient treated for TBM is rare. Only one such case has been reported earlier. A 27-year-old woman presented with paraparesis of 2 months duration. She had been treated for TBM 8 months earlier.
