This paper describes the physics and summarizes the associated computational techniques behind a novel concurrent simulation method currently in use for studying the neutral dynamics inside three-dimensional plasma reactors. The technique is intended to cope with low pressure ow (less than 1.5 Torr) in realistic geometries, where the mean free path is on the order of the characteristic length of the reactor.
