OBJECTIVE This study was conducted to describe the computed tomography (CT) features of nonalcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH) and to evaluate if the CT features could be used to diagnose and stage NASH. METHODS From 1994 until 2004, pathology records revealed 68 patients with NASH. Of these, 12 patients underwent CT scans before (n=6), on the same day as (n=3), or after (n=3) a liver biopsy.
