Compositional dependencies of Judd-Ofelt intensity parameters, Ω λ (λ=2, 4 and 6) of Pr 3 + were investigated in 67B 2 O 3 xLi 2 O. (32-x)Na 2 O.1Pr 2 O 3 and 67B 2 O 3 .xLi 2 O.(32-x)K 2 O.1Pr 2 O 3 (where x=8, 12, 16, 20 and 24)glasses. The spectral intensities were found high at x=16 and at x=24 in lithium sodium and lithium potassium mixed alkali borate glasses.
