Two hexane and four SFE extracts were analyzed according to their composition. The main components in both types of extracts are fatty acids (60% in hexane extracts, 88% in SFE extracts), with palmitic, oleic, linolic and linoleic acid as main fatty acids. Most of the carotenoids occur in their esterified form (74% in hexane extract, 68% in SFE extract).
