Ultrasound can be applied as a pretreatment to disintegrate sludge. In this paper, by observing the solution concentration of polysaccharide, protein, DNA, Ca and Mg before and after disintegration, the main components in the released liquid are analyzed. It has been found that the predominant component of the released liquid in this research is protein.
