A 65-year-old woman presented with three "convulsive" events that were preceded by stabbing pain extending from the left submandible zone to the neck and ipsilateral ear. Video-electroencephalography captured a typical attack, where electrocardiography showed bradycardia for 17 seconds and asystole for at least 9 seconds.
