A new system for the complementary coordination of two different terdentate ligands based on a 2-(hydroxyamino)-1,3,5-triazine motif around a ferric cation is reported. Prototropic switching between hetero- and homoligand complexes proceeds with more than 95% selectivity.
Triazine‐Triazole Conjugates as Potent Ligands for Cu–Catalyzed Sonogashira Reaction
Triazine Triazole conjugates (TT) were developed as efficient ligand system for CuSO4⋅5H2O catalyzed Sonogashira and decarboxylative cross-coupling reaction. This new protocol showed goodExpand
Selective Structural Transformation of Supramolecules to Multinuclear Heterosubstituted Pt Complexes via Ligand Exchange.
TLDR
It is shown that this reaction can be applied for selective chlorination of supramolecules leading to their structural transformation into multinuclear mono-chlorinated Pt(II) complexes. Expand
Infinite copper(II) coordination architectures from a resonative aminotriazine-derived tripodal ligand: synthesis, structures, and magnetic properties.
TLDR
Observations significantly indicate that the o-H3tpat ligand can self-adjust and interconvert its conformation via a possible structure transformation associated with proton-shift to adapt a change in the crystallization and self-assembly reaction systems. Expand
A new triazine bearing a pyrazolone group capable of copper, nickel, and zinc chelation.
Interests in inorganic applications of triazines is growing. In this report, metal complexes of copper(II), nickel(II), and zinc(II) and a novel class of chelates comprising a triazine ringExpand
Tris-(hydroxyamino)triazines: high-affinity chelating tridentate O,N,O-hydroxylamine ligand for the cis-V(V)O2(+) cation.
TLDR
The treatment of the trichloro-1,3,5-triazine with N-methylhydroxylamine hydrochloride results in the replacement of the three chlorine atoms of the triazine ring with the function -N(OH)CH(3) yielding the symmetrical tris-(hydroxyamino)triazine ligand H( 3)trihyat, which exhibits high hydrolytic stability in aqueous solution over a wide pH range. Molybdenum(VI) coordination chemistry of the N,N-disubstituted bis(hydroxylamido)-1,3,5-triazine ligand, H2bihyat. Water-assisted activation of the Mo(VI)═O bond and reversible dimerization of cis-[Mo(VI)O2(bihyat)] to [Mo(VI)2O4(bihyat)2(H2O)2].
TLDR
The potentiometry revealed that the Mo(VI)bihyat(2-) species exhibit high hydrolytic stability in aqueous solution at a narrow range of pH values, 3-5.5, and might be considered as the first step of the oxido group nucleophilic attack on organic substrates, resulting in oxidation of the substrate, in the active site of molybdenum enzymes such as xanthine oxidase. Interaction of chromium(III) with a N,N'-disubstituted hydroxylamine-(diamido) ligand: a combined experimental and theoretical study.
TLDR
Ultraviolet-visible and electron paramagnetic resonance studies, both in solution and in the solid state, ESI-MS, and conductivity measurements support the fact that, irrespective of the solvent used in the interaction of Hhydia with trans-[Cr(III)Cl2(H2O)4]Cl·2H 2O, the ionization isomers are formed, and the modification of the kinetics is of fundamental importance for the chromium(III). Linear and V‐Shaped Alkynyl‐1,3,5‐triazines
A concise route for the synthesis of linear and V-shaped alkynyl-1,3,5-triazines has been developed by starting from 2,4-dichloro-1,3,5-triazine derivatives. The sequential substitution of the 2- andExpand
Formation of Ternary Complexes of Iron(iii) Cations in Solution and Gas Phase
Formation of labile 1 : 1 : 1 ternary mononuclear complexes of iron(iii) cation with η3-terdentate meridional binders was studied using electrospray ionisation mass spectrometry (ESI-MS) titrationExpand
Immobilization of glutathione by complementary coordination binding
TLDR
A simple method of the immobilization of biologically important molecules consisting of many functional fragments by means of the selective binding of their thiol groups to the surface carboxyl groups with participation of cadmium ions can be used to create functional surface architectures in analytical biochemistry and chemical analysis.
