OBJECTIVE To report the long-term effect of the dorzolamide/timolol (DTFC) and latanoprost/timolol (LTFC) fixed combinations on intraocular pressure (IOP) and visual field defects over time in naïve primary open-angle glaucoma (POAG) patients.
