Objective: To establish a method for the quality control of natural and cultured Cordyceps by comparing their bioactivity in vitro.Methods: The pyrogallicacid autooxidation method and the DPPH free radical scavenging method were used.Results: The cultured Cordyceps had higher antioxidant activity than the nature Cordyceps,the antioxidant activity was correlated to the contents of some components in the Cordyceps.Conclusion: The antioxidant activity could be one signal in the quality evaluation… CONTINUE READING
