The amounts of ecdysteroids were determined in different morphs of holocyclic monoecious aphids (Acyrthosiphon pisum Harris, Dysaphis devecta Walk., Lachnus roboris L., Schizolachnus pineti F.) and holocyclic heteroecious aphids (Aphis sambuci L., Rhopalosiphum padi L.) by means enzyme immunoassay.
