OBJECTIVE This study compares dynamic helical CT with dynamic MR imaging in the evaluation of pelvic lymph nodes in cervical carcinoma. SUBJECTS AND METHODS Women with biopsy-proven cervical carcinoma prospectively underwent dynamic helical CT and MR imaging before surgery.
